About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Leading and managing the academic senior program to ensure student achievement
• Implementing change initiatives and developing staff capability
• Management of the Mitchelton SHS Registered Training Organisation
• Building community engagement and partnerships
• Managing senior schooling and Technology resources to achieve educational goals and maintain a positive learning culture
• Overseeing the QCE recovery program
• Collection and analysis of Senior Schooling data
• Leading and managing the Technology Department
