About the Role:
You will build strong relationships with students, families and the community, identify and respond to wellbeing, social, emotional and behavioural concerns, and coordinate appropriate support and interventions.
The role may include home visits to encourage attendance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students' wellbeing, behaviour and engagement.
- Liaise with students, families and community stakeholders.
- Identify concerns early and organise appropriate interventions.
- Promote a positive, caring and inclusive school culture.
- Act as a mediator to support communication and resolve concerns.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience support young people and families.
- The ability to work collaboratively and respond proactively to student needs.
- A genuine commitment to improving student outcomes and school engagement.
