Patricks Road State School is a high performing primary school in Brisbane's north-west. With an enrolment of approximately 750 students and a highly committed teaching staff, the Coach will play an integral role in supporting staff to continue delivering high-quality pedagogy grounded in the science of learning.

Your role
As the Coach, you will:

• Work closely with the HOD/C to develop and implement whole-school, evidence-based and consistent instructional routines
• Contribute as a valued member of the leadership team, helping to advise on and shape the future direction of the school
• Build a whole-school coaching culture that strengthens consistency and quality of pedagogy
• Coach teams and individuals to support ongoing professional growth
• Work with teachers at all stages of their careers to leverage existing strengths and build instructional capability
