Your opportunity:

  • Support the ongoing development of guidance and counselling capabilities through relevant professional learning and development activities.
  • Deliver student-focused guidance and counselling services in consultation with Principals and school-based Guidance Officers.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to support the effective delivery and coordination of guidance and counselling services across schools.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate supervision processes to support the quality and suitability of guidance services, including psychoeducational, personal, career, course counselling and behaviour management practices.
  • Build and maintain collaborative networks across relevant agencies and disciplines, including participation in regional SCAN teams, to support coordinated responses to complex student needs.
