Your opportunity:

As Principal, you will lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. You will translate this vision into strategic priorities and lead the school's direction, performance and ongoing improvement.

You will set high standards for student and staff performance and foster a culture of accountability, professional growth and continuous improvement. You will actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, while supporting staff to continually strengthen their professional practice.

You will embed socially just practices in daily school life, ensuring equity and fairness are reflected in the school's policies, practices and interactions. You will lead approaches that recognise and respond to the diverse needs of the school community.

A key component of the role will be establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business. These partnerships will strengthen the school's connections and contribute to broader opportunities for students and the community.

In addition to leading the school and its operations, you will contribute to broader education and corporate priorities. This may include working with regional and departmental leaders, contributing specialist expertise to strategic initiatives, sharing effective practice and supporting priorities that extend beyond the individual school.
