Your new Role:

This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based clinical care for high-risk pregnancies at Logan Hospital, focusing on Maternal Fetal Medicine services. Responsibilities include patient surveillance, diagnosis, and management using ultrasound, invasive procedures, and counselling. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and supports close-to-home care with various specialists. Additionally, the role contributes to unit growth, research, and the training of staff like sonographers, Obstetric registrars, and MFM Fellows.

  • You must hold MFM subspecialty qualifications
  • A passion for creating positive change in patient outcomes
  • Provision of subspecialty level obstetric ultrasound including both the practice of ultrasound, and reporting of sonographer performed ultrasound.
  • Provision of invasive procedures including but not limited to; amniocentesis, CVS, amnioreduction, selective fetal reduction and feticide.
