Redland Emergency Department are looking for several Mental Health Emergency Department Clinicians - Psychologist or Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join their Mental Health team. This team provides support to the Emergency staff to ensure the mental health and wellbeing of the consumer is always a priority. The role in partnership with Redlands Emergency Department is to provide an efficient, high-quality assessment and care planning service for all referred consumers. The purpose of this role is to deliver Mental Health Assessments within the Mental Health Emergency Department of Redland Hospital or at other sites as required.

About the Role
- Manage an allocated workload to deliver, assessment, intervention, and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice, and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
- Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to Psychology, Occupational Therapy and or Social Worker decision making under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
- Manage an appropriate caseload using effective time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Mental Health Emergency department.
