The QAS Falls Co-Response (Falls CoRe) Team are looking for a Program Manager to join their team. This program aims to respond and safely resolve patient falls through enhanced cooperation, collaboration and understanding between Queensland Health and Queensland Ambulance Service. The Falls CoRe units operate across Metro North and Metro South Hospital and Health Services (HHS) to provide an accelerated service for falls incidents received by the QAS.

About the Role
- To provide the operational and strategic leadership to the Health Practitioner workforce within the Falls CoRe teams, in partnership with QAS Falls Co-Response Statewide Coordinator.
- To provide advanced allied health knowledge, skills, and experience in the provision of clinical care within the Falls CoRe model, education, and training for the Health Practitioner Falls Co-Response team, paramedics, and Clinical Hub staff to deliver comprehensive Health Practitioner assessment, intervention, and on-referral for vulnerable adult patients who receive a QAS paramedic response post fall.
- Work with the Metro South and Metro North HHS' Community and Oral Health (COH) services to ensure referral pathways continue to meet the needs of patients seen by the QAS Falls Co-Response Program.
