Beenleigh Adult Mental Health Service are looking for a Senior Social Worker - Mental Health Clinician to join their team. Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) delivers a broad range of specialist addiction and mental health services within the Metro South catchment, including community-based ambulatory and residential services, the care services in the community, psychiatric rehabilitation and emergency departments and addiction services. This role delivers senior social work services within the Beenleigh Adult Mental Health team to achieve better health outcomes for consumers with severe and complex mental health issues.

About the Role
- Manage an allocated workload to deliver social work services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff.
- Acts as a clinical reference point with the social work team and responds to every-day clinical demands.
- Collaborate on and undertake the development of evidence-based clinical practices, policies and protocols within the Beenleigh Adults Mental Health Service Bayside.
