Administration Officer - Reception
Redland Hospital, Cleveland
Redland Residential Care are looking for a part time Administration Officer to join their team. This unit is co-located on the Redland Hospital Site and operates 126 beds of which there are 16 Transition care bed and 110 Residential beds. The residential beds have been transitioned to a complex care model to accommodate patients from the MSHHS services/ hospitals and Dementia Outreach service. The role provides timely, accurate and high standards of reception and administrative support to services, clients and visitors within Redland Residential Care.

About the Role
- Provide reception duties including telephone enquiries, face-to-face enquiries, assistance, and redirection where appropriate, making and taking accurate messages for staff.
- Ensure the work environment and equipment is maintained in good working order and that adequate stationery supplies are available for the day to day functioning of the area.
- Provide a high level of administrative support to staff including the accurate production of documents such as reports, letters, submissions, memorandums, minutes and room bookings.
- Manage and maintain client records including registering, admitting, waitlisting, document filing, scanning, and tracking of client charts.
- 1 day a week - Wednesday shift
