Your new Role:
You will ensure high-quality clinical care for inpatients, outpatients, and those requiring consultations across various units. You will also lead and foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective services and safe patient outcomes. Additionally, oversee the training and supervision of junior medical staff and healthcare professionals, while providing leadership on infection management and antimicrobial stewardship, in alignment with national health standards.
About You:

- Provide excellent knowledge of best practice in Internal Medicine Services
- Provide and enable appropriate clinical care to patients under their care, including delegating the provision of care through effective communication and clinical handover.
- Be highly accountable and display a supportive and engaging style
- Implement and support clinical interprofessional models of care and patient safety initiatives as required
- Work as part of a tight knit team and delegate effectively
- Exercise excellent communication and interpersonal skills
