The role of Dietitian Consultant (Food Services) will leverage expert level clinical, technical and professional knowledge, extensive experience in consultancy, project, and strategic leadership, as well as high-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

About the Role 

• Strategically manage the interface between clinical food services and operational food services, with consideration for patient outcomes and corporate principles, including person centred care, cost, efficiency and standardisation across MSH.
• Provide high level and timely authoritative counsel to MSH Executive through the development of high quality reports, consultative documents and recommendations on all aspects of food services inclusive of but not limited to procurement, model of service delivery, workforce modelling and patient experience.
• The role functions in a strategic consulting capacity, offering clinical expertise and leveraging an expert command of food service systems and delivery. It utilises specialised skills and techniques within Dietetics and Food Services to provide authoritative clinical and technical advice across multiple disciplines and health service directorates within a large, complex food service system.
