Human Resources, Community and Oral Health Services are looking for an Administration Support Officer to join their team. This team provides guidance and advice in relation to HR related matters including grievance and performance/absence concerns, industrial/employee relations, injury management and work health and safety and occupational violence, organisational change, and Union engagement. This position will assist and provide administrative support for the Human Resources Team at Community and Oral Health Services to ensure the effective delivery of a professional service to management and staff.

About the Role
- Perform general administration duties including word processing, formatting, photocopying, data entry, paperwork dissemination, filing, arranging calendar appointments, booking meeting rooms and other tasks as directed.
- Provide support function for training activities including registration compilation, travel arrangements, copying and delivering materials and arranging catering.
- Complete data entry and maintain accuracy and integrity of information in HR databases.
- Perform administrative tasks in respect to rehabilitation function, such as opening and closing claims and obtaining required medical certificates in consultation with the HR/Injury Management Consultant.
