Metro South Pain Rehabilitation Centre are looking for a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join their team. The role of the service is to provide high level assessment and management strategies to support and assist patients living with persistent pain and their carers. The service provides inpatient and outpatient consultation, group education and activity programs, interventional procedures and phone and telehealth consultation services for eligible patients.

About the Role 

• Responsible for clinical leadership for nursing services within the Metro South Pain Rehabilitation Centre through the application of advanced clinical knowledge, skills and competency according to contemporary practice and standards of care.
• Consult with and provide expert nursing advice to achieve integrated care within health services across the continuum of care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in the provision of contemporary nursing practice.
