The Health Funding Analysis service provides information and analysis to assist with: Activity Based Funding, Monitoring activity and trends in service delivery, Technical efficiencies and funding optimisation, Supporting quality improvement activities, Planning new services, Comparisons of activity and cost for benchmarking between services.

About the Role 

• Provides contemporary operational and professional nursing leadership for the Sub and Non-Acute Patient (SNAP) Program within Metro South.
• Enhance coordination, collaboration, and communication to facilitate effective implementation of SNAP processes.
• Create and deliver educational programs and advisory services to support local SNAP initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of activity and financial information in accordance with the SNAP classification.
