About the Role:
You will provide recruitment and selection advice and support the delivery of client-focused recruitment support services across a client portfolio. With a focus on increasing efficiency and streamlining processes by tracking and reporting on current vacancies, you will support client portfolios to achieve Metro South Health's strategic workforce objective to manage time to fill requirements.
About You:
You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team, share our purpose to deliver quality recruitment support and advice. You will contribute to our team with your passion and expertise in all thing's recruitment and selection with the ability to:
- Demonstrate high level knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relating to recruitment and selection in a large, complex organisation.
- Exercise high level written and oral communication to effectively provide recommendations relating to recruitment activities, policy and processes.
- Critically analyse, evaluate and interpret data and information to develop reports and provide meaningful insight.
- Build productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and positively influence stakeholders.
- Exercise strong problem-solving skills and establish work priorities, set realistic goals, meet deadlines, work efficiently and effectively, autonomously and as part of a team.
