Nurse Practice Development Unit (NPDU), Division of Medicine are looking for a Clinical Facilitator to join their team. The Nursing Practice Development Unit (NPDU) is a centralised education team working collaboratively across QEII Jubilee Hospital, Metro South Health. The team promotes a culture of learning within the organisation and supports a range of learning and development activities for nurses.

About the Role

• Demonstrate ability to provide simulation-based education through the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of simulation programs, including developing training materials and resources.
• Demonstrate advanced level skills in teaching and evaluating others, inclusive of clinical practice assessment tools (CPAT).
• Participate in developing and undertaking quality initiatives and audits, identifying inconsistencies between policy and practice.
• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of the relevant standards and processes; engages in incident investigation, risk mitigation strategies that foster and support safe practice.
