Your new Role:
This role provides advanced Occupational Therapy services to patients and stakeholders at Logan Hospital, supporting excellence in clinical care, education, and research. Responsibilities include overseeing operational activities and leading professional governance for a team of Occupational Therapists.
About You:

- Provide high quality clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists and allied health assistants to support effective and efficient service delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
- Be highly accountable and display a supportive and engaging style
- Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team and delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate clinical leadership experience and skills with a ‘can do' attitude

Logan Hospital:
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
