Division of Cancer Services are looking for a Clinical Nurse Consultant: Cancer Older Person Assessment to join their team. The Division of Cancer Services at Princess Alexandra Hospital is a highly developed, multidisciplinary cancer service in one of Australia's largest teaching hospitals. The hospital provides a comprehensive adult cancer service encompassing haematological, surgical, and medical and radiation oncology specialties, including immunotherapy, cell therapy, and cancer vaccines and autologous stem cell transplantation.

About the Role
- The Cancer Older Person Assessment CNC role provides direct and indirect care as required and works collaboratively with the Division of Cancer Services medical teams, Nurse Practitioners, Cancer Nurse Consultants and Allied Health to ensure timely access across the health continuum.
- This role is designed to bridge the gap between cancer and Older Person care by delivering expert assessments, developing individualised treatment plans, and ensuring comprehensive management of the unique needs of older persons with cancer.
- The role requires highly specialised clinical, nursing skills, knowledge, and experience to effectively provide, manage and lead contemporary cancer nursing practice and health services.
