About the Role
- Provide contemporary professional nursing and midwifery leadership for the Business Planning Framework (BPF) with responsibility for the coordination of service profile development, delivery and standardisation across MSH.
- Shape clinical and corporate governance; and provide the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.
- Utilise expert knowledge, understanding and application of the BPF and associated Workforce Mapping, Analysis and Planning, Projections (WorkMAPP) and the Integrated Workforce Management Program IT solutions.
- Work in close collaboration with the nursing and midwifery professional streams and all key stakeholders across MSH in providing expertise through training, education, support and guidance that results in building capability, capacity and uplift for expertise in the application of the BPF.
- Utilise highly developed interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, negotiation, consultation and communication skills to deal with the needs and concerns of internal stakeholders and health service partners, including the ability to manage people and situations flexibly and responsively.
