Clinical Improvement Unit are looking for a Nurse Manager, Senior Clinical Project Officer to join their team. Clinical Improvement Unit (CIU) oversees and coordinates both state and health service-wide strategies clinical programs, projects, and clinical redesign initiatives. CIU operates in partnership with Professional, Operational and Stream Leads, to achieve optimal consumer and staff outcomes by reflecting contemporary, evidenced-based clinical and professional standards in line with the Metro South Professional Stream strategic objectives and direction.

About the Role
- Lead the management, application and evaluation of contemporary human, material, and financial resource management within the health care team environment.
- Provide timely, accurate, innovative, and high standard of support for quality processes including data accuracy and analysis, comprehensive reports resulting in sustainable quality improvements and outcomes.
- Support the integration of key objectives from the Metro South/Divisional strategic and operational plans and clinical service profiles into service delivery for the Clinical Improvement Unit/departments
- Coordinate mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promote the value of nursing within the healthcare team in Clinical Improvement Unit.
