Paediatrics Department are looking for Registrar/Principal House Officer to join their team. Redland Hospital provides care for approximately 1800 deliveries every year and has a special care nursery unit with 10 cot spaces and a separate 2 bedded resuscitation/retrieval area. The paediatrics inpatient unit has 11 beds with a good mix of general and sub-speciality paediatrics patients managed in a close link with the tertiary care services at Queensland Children's Hospital in Brisbane in a hub and spoke model. The Paediatric Short Stay Service is co-located in the paediatric ward at Redland Hospital.

About the Role

• Demonstrated experience in delivering specialist paediatric and neonatal care to patients in a clinical setting.
• Advanced Paediatrics and Neonatal Life Support experience.
• Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to work with other clinicians.
• Evidence of commitment of and experience in medical research.
