Bayside Alcohol and Drug Service are looking for a Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist to join their team. The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality evidence based clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for consumers experiencing substance use and/or dependence issues services within Bayside Alcohol and Drug Service.

About the Role
- Manage an allocated workload to deliver alcohol and other drug clinical (social work/psychology/occupational therapy) services, within the Bayside Alcohol and Drug Service team.
- Participate in the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of quality and service improvement and/or research activities that enhance the delivery of psychology/social work services and promote patient centred care.
- As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex decision making under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff.
- Undertake non-routine clinical duties including the provision of clinical advice to other clinical staff within Addiction Services and the multiagency partnerships under supervision.
