Your new Role:
Join the Nursing Practice Development Unit (NPDU) team at QEII Jubilee Hospital as a Clinical Facilitator where you'll provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills and support nursing staff in the clinical management of Division of Medicine patients with their care needs. Key responsiblities include:
- Work autonomously within the healthcare team structure and is pivotal in the planning, managing, and delivering of Division of Medicine specialist nursing care
- Act as a clinical and educational resource within an area based on knowledge, skills, and experience to inform evidence-based practice.
- Integrate advanced theoretical knowledge, evidence from a range of sources and own experience to devise and achieve agreed care outcomes for patients/residents/clients in line with organisational priorities.

QEII Hospital is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
