Your new Role:

Are you an experienced Research and Policy Officer with a talent for efficiency and organisation? We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our team to deliver exceptional services to key stakeholders.

About You:

You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player with the ability to:

• Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
• Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
• Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
