Your new Role:
As a Registered Nurse within our Mental Health Inpatient Units, you will play a critical part in delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care as part of a committed, multidisciplinary team.
- Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care aligned with best clinical practices and person-centred principles.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and carers to assess, plan and evaluate individual care.
- Lead and support clinical processes and quality initiatives, including mentoring junior staff and participating in audits.
- Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to improve patient outcomes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
About You:
You are a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional, driven to provide quality mental health care with a strong sense of empathy, accountability and teamwork.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated skills or willingness to develop expertise in mental health assessments, risk evaluation, and collaborative care planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse teams, patients, and families.
- Committed to continuous professional development, evidence-based practice, and contributing to a supportive, high-performing clinical environment
