Your new Role:
Do you want to be part of a driven and supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance, and overall patient satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to provide support to Bayside Executive with a focus on data quality at Corporate, Clinical Governance and Department levels.
About You:
The primary purpose of the Bayside Data Manager role is to examine the quality of data used to report Facility performance and to develop and enact processes to improve data quality. With the ability to :
- Communicate and implement identified strategies at hospital and departmental level
- Apply relevant analytical techniques to deliver reliable data reports in formats that are user friendly, fit for purpose and relevant to the needs of the user
- Develop a positive culture which encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing
- Advanced experience in QLD Health systems including HBCIS, ieMR; and FirstNet Using dashboards and databases to produce reports and to provide statistical analysis is desirable

Redlands Satellite Hospital – Talwalpin Milbul:
The satellite hospital is also known as Talwalpin Milbul, a name chosen by the Redlands Coast community and local Traditional Owners and Elders. It means ‘Redland Bay alive/active' in Jandai language.
The satellite hospital treats minor illnesses and injuries that aren't life-threatening, and we also have diagnostic services for patients having treatment, including ultrasound, X-ray and pathology.
