Your new Role:
The Enrolled Nurse (EN) works under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM), using clinical skills to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care within Redland Residential Care. As the EN progresses from novice to experienced, they build upon their knowledge and skills, applying their growing expertise to develop, provide, and evaluate patient care effectively, while maintaining regular communication with and receiving support from the Registered Nurse.
