Executive Support Officer

Executive Administration are seeking multiple highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officers to join their team. As part of the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Executive Services Administration Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, enabling the achievement of the organisation’s strategic vision and objectives. Princess Alexandra Hospital is a major tertiary health care facility and one of Australia’s leading academic and research health centres. Providing Clinical Services Capability Framework (CSCF) Level 6 services, PAH delivers care across all major adult specialties (excluding obstetrics) to patients across Queensland and Australia. The hospital operates with approximately 1,033 beds and bed alternatives, supporting complex, high-volume service delivery in a dynamic clinical environment.

Your new Role:

We are looking for several Executive Support Officers to provide high level administration support to the PAH executive team to ensure the vision, objective and key strategic directions of the organisation are achieved.
About You:
We are looking for people from all backgrounds to ensure our hospital reflects the diversity of our community. You will have:
- Experience in providing administrative support to a team
- Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in resolving enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus
- Well-developed skills in computer-based technology and using multiple software packages
- The ability to work and engage in a team environment whilst working independently as required
- Strong time management and organisational skills

Princess Alexandra Hospital:
The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
We are nationally recognised for our expertise in trauma management and organ transplants and are one of Australia's leading academic and research health centres. The PAH as a major medical research precinct hosts Australia's most advanced medical research facility, the Translational Research Institute (TRI) as well as a new Clinical Research Facility for the discoveries made at TRI to be trialed in a safe clinical environment.
We're expanding our hospital to make sure everyone gets the care they need. We're adding more beds, modernising our buildings, and improving our spaces to treat kidney and cancer patients with all new services and facilities planned to open by 2027.
