Your new Role:
Join our team to manage and support the Oracle Health ESM scheduling system, ensuring smooth outpatient service delivery. You'll handle database builds, respond to support requests, and work closely with users to keep scheduling running efficiently.
About You:
You are a collaborative, communicative, and proactive team player who can:
- Navigate and support complex scheduling systems with attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Prioritise tasks and respond promptly to system and user needs
- Embrace problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Confidently use Microsoft Office and learn new software quickly
