Your new role:
Metro South Community and Oral Health Service are seeking an experienced Service Manager for the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS). This role will oversee human, financial, physical, and administrative resources to ensure the delivery of equitable, high-quality, and safe services to eligible clients. Reporting directly to the Director of MASS, you will provide strategic support and authoritative advice to drive continuous improvement and effective service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with clinical experts and advisory committees to integrate best practice clinical advice into service delivery.
- Driving continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and accreditation standards.
- Monitoring service performance, preparing evidence-based reports, and providing senior management with strategic insights to inform decision-making.
About you:
We are looking for a highly capable and motivated leader with proven expertise in managing complex health service operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a senior management role within a multifaceted human services environment and be passionate about delivering equitable and quality services to the community.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational skills with experience managing competing priorities in complex service environments.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate policies, governance structures, and service delivery models to maintain consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Strong financial and human resource management experience, including providing authoritative advice to senior executives on complex organisational matters.
