Your new role:

Help deliver high-quality Audio Visual(AV) solutions that support critical healthcare services.

• Design, install, and support a wide range of AV systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across meeting rooms and conferencing setups.
• Provide remote and onsite AV support across multiple Metro South Health locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable and modern AV experiences.

About you:

You're a proactive and tech-savvy AV professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with AV systems and Teams-certified devices.
• Solid understanding of AV-over-IP, networking basics, and control systems.
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
