Your new role:
We're looking for a proactive and efficient Administrative Support Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth running of administrative operations within Metro South Health.
In this role, you will:
- Provide professional reception services, including managing phone and face-to-face enquiries, and redirecting or assisting as needed.
- Deliver timely and accurate administrative support to staff within the designated area.
- Perform data entry and reporting using relevant systems and spreadsheets while ensuring data integrity

You are an organised and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment and is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to respectful and inclusive interactions.
- Proven experience in administrative support, including reception duties and database management.
