Your new role:

Provide vital administrative support to the Clinical Outsourcing and Auditing Program, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient waitlist management, and excellent customer service to support smooth clinical operations.

• Manage patient data and waitlists using specialist health systems
• Respond professionally to enquiries from patients, staff, and the public
• Perform general administration tasks like filing, typing, and reporting
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain quality
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism

About you: 

A detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting healthcare services.

• Proven experience in healthcare or specialist outpatient administration
• High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
