Your new role:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Clinician to deliver Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and/or Social Work services within the PA Wellbeing Team. This role involves working closely within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care and support. You will:
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, patient education, and assist with discharge planning in a multidisciplinary context.
- Manage an allocated caseload efficiently, applying evidence-based, patient-centred practices under clinical supervision.
- Provide clinical education, training, and supervision to students and allied health assistants.
- Engage in quality improvement, research initiatives, and multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance service delivery.
About you:
The ideal Mental Health Clinician will be dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health care through collaborative teamwork and ongoing professional development. You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in providing evidence-based mental health assessment and management.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and engage consumers in their care.
- Commitment to professional growth through active learning, supervision, and clinical education.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to service improvement and research activities that support patient-centred care.
