Your new role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehab@Home service, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient's home and community setting. You will:
- Deliver comprehensive Physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and care coordination as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on restorative and rehabilitative care.
- Act as a clinical resource within the team, supporting complex decision-making and adapting clinical practice based on best available evidence.
- Contribute to service development through quality improvement initiatives, research, and the implementation of evidence-based protocols.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to less experienced clinicians, students, and allied health assistants.
About you:
You are a proactive and compassionate Physiotherapist who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centred care environment and brings advanced clinical reasoning, leadership, and service development skills. You will have:
- Demonstrated high-level clinical knowledge and experience in community-based rehabilitation, including complex case management and discharge planning.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across interprofessional teams and contribute to positive team dynamics.
- Proven ability to supervise and support less experienced staff and students, fostering clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Commitment to continuous service improvement through quality initiatives, research, and reflective practice.
