About your role
As a Pharmacist, you will provide a wide range of pharmacy services on a rotational basis across Redland Hospital and Bayside Health facilities. You will undertake detailed clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and patient education while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include supervising students and support staff, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and engaging in clinical education under the guidance of senior staff.
About you
You are a dedicated and skilled pharmacist passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while working effectively within a collaborative healthcare team. You bring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, and a commitment to continuous learning and leadership.
- Ability to work a rostered/rotational 7-day service including weekends, public holidays, and out of hours.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a varied caseload with effective prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with patients, carers, multidisciplinary teams, and students.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
