Your new role:
Lead advanced nursing care for patients with complex needs at the Interim Admission Centre by:
- Providing expert clinical assessment, care planning, and coordination
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising nursing staff and students
- Supporting quality improvement, risk management, and safe practice
- Collaborating with Emergency and Patient Flow teams to ensure efficient patient transfers
- Working permanent part-time with rostered shifts at Princess Alexandra Hospital

You are an autonomous healthcare professional with strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills in complex patient care who:
- Has strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills in complex patient care
- Is skilled in mentoring and supervising nursing teams
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
- Commits to ongoing professional development and best practice standards
