Your new role:
Join our dynamic Maintenance Services team as a Trade Coordinator where you'll take the lead in coordinating essential maintenance activities across hospital facilities to keep environments safe, compliant, and fully operational. You will:
- Coordinate and deliver planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Cooling) systems across multiple sites.
- Supervise contractors and internal trades teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant service delivery.
- Manage audits, duct cleaning schedules, procurement, and asset condition reporting.
- Use systems such as S/4HANA to plan, track, and report on maintenance activities.
- Support a safe and functional healthcare environment with minimal disruption to patients and staff.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC professional who combines trade expertise with strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. You will bring:
- Trade qualifications in HVAC with relevant licences (Restricted Electrical, Arctick).
- Experience in managing maintenance operations, contractors, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in planning, communication, and problem-solving in complex environments.
- A commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and upholding health service values.
