Your new role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within the Bayside Health Service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, interprofessional team environment with diverse clinical responsibilities. Key aspects of the position include:
- Conducting detailed clinical assessments, providing patient education, therapeutic interventions, and contributing to discharge planning.
- Supervising and educating observational students, allied health assistants, and assisting with undergraduate student supervision.
- Participating in quality improvement, service development, and research activities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing evidence-based physiotherapy care and working collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will have:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to contribute to clinical education and service improvement initiatives.
