Your new role:
As a valued member of the Specialist Outpatient Department, you will provide expert nursing care while supporting the delivery of a wide range of outpatient services by:
- Delivering comprehensive, person-centred care across multiple specialty clinics.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Participating in quality improvement, education, and clinical governance activities.
- Working flexibly across Redland Hospital, Wynnum Manly Community Health Centre, and Redland Bay Satellite Hospital.
About you:
You are an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about outpatient care and teamwork.
- NMBA-registered RN; outpatient experience preferred.
- Skilled in clinical assessment and delivering safe, individualised care.
- Strong communicator and collaborator committed to evidence-based practice.
- Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple locations and varying hours.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
