About your role:

As a Registered Nurse in the Permanent Nursing and Midwifery Pool at Bayside Health Service, you will deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-focused care across multiple clinical areas. This role offers unique exposure to a wide range of specialties, ensuring continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply critical thinking and time management to prioritise patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
  • Maintain high standards in documentation and compliance using EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
  • Promote patient education and evidence-based practice
  • Lead by example through professional integrity and clinical excellence

About you:

You are a flexible, compassionate and capable nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You bring excellent clinical judgment, a passion for quality care, and a collaborative team spirit.

Your Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to adapt across clinical environments
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and digital documentation
  • More than 2 years of recent acute experience (highly desirable)
