Your new role:

As an Administration Officer, you'll provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the Consultation Liaison Psychiatry team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You will:

• Manage consumer data entry and maintain compliance with relevant legislation including the Mental Health Act.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
• Respond to enquiries from staff, consumers, carers, and visitors, providing high-quality customer service.
• Support team operations through diary management, minute-taking, and document preparation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork.

About you:

You are an organised, proactive professional with strong administrative and communication skills, ready to support a busy mental health service. You bring:

• Experience in reception, secretarial, or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or community services.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialised health software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a respectful, confidential, and consumer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
