Your new role:
Beaudesert Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Midwife to join our dedicated Maternity Services team. In this role, you will:
- Provide advanced clinical, problem-solving and planning skills to deliver safe, high-quality, women-centred care.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively across all areas of maternity care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal services.
- Support clinical leadership by mentoring and supervising staff, and contributing to education and professional development.
- Actively participate in quality improvement, research, and clinical governance initiatives to strengthen maternity services.

Beaudesert Hospital:
Beaudesert Hospital is a rural hospital in Queensland's Scenic Rim region with a rich history of healthcare that spans more than 120 years. We provide rural healthcare across a large geographic area south-west of Logan and the Gold Coast with patients who see us coming from Undullah in the north-west right down to the southern Queensland border. We offer services to adults and children, including 24-hour emergency care, maternity, mental, dental, allied health and outpatient clinics, minor surgery and palliative care.
We're a smaller hospital that offer hands-on training and support to our staff and students. As a secondary teaching hospital, we also have strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland. Our region is known for its scenery and rural charm and patients at the hospital receive care from our team, who are passionate about caring for their community.
