Your new role:

Join our dynamic inpatient nursing team and provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care in a collaborative clinical environment.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain professional accountability in line with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards, and mentor/support students and junior staff.

About you:

You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is committed to excellence in clinical care and continuous learning.

• Excellent communication, time management and critical thinking skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and patient-centred care.
• Proficient in the use of clinical systems including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), with a commitment to accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Passionate about professional development, quality improvement, and contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
