Your new role:
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated healthcare services that connect consumers to essential supports and improve outcomes for those with complex mental health needs by:
- Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including government, community, and private providers to promote coordinated primary mental health care.
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with agencies such as Brisbane South Primary Health Network, National Disability Insurance Agency, housing, and homelessness services.
- Driving service integration and quality improvement initiatives within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.
- Managing portfolios related to community engagement and National Disability Insurance Scheme integration, and contributing to local and site-wide strategic directions.

- Has proven success working across government, community organisations, and private sectors to develop integrated service responses.
- Understands frameworks and models for supporting people with severe and complex mental health conditions.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Thrives in managing diverse responsibilities, demonstrating excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
