Your new role:
Step into a senior Occupational Therapist role where you will lead clinical services and contribute to improving patient outcomes across Bayside Health Service. You will work within an interprofessional team delivering patient-centred care and support service development and quality initiatives by:
- Managing complex clinical caseloads across diverse settings including acute, outpatient, and community environments.
- Providing clinical supervision and training to junior staff, students, and allied health assistants.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and quality improvements.
- Participating in service planning, research, and continuous professional development activities.
About you:
You bring a strong clinical background and leadership qualities, demonstrated through:
- Advanced clinical expertise and confident decision-making in managing complex Occupational Therapy cases.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams, including conflict management.
- Experience in supervising, mentoring, and supporting less experienced clinicians and students.
- A commitment to continuous service improvement, evidence-based practice, and delivering compassionate, culturally aware care.
