Your new role:
As a Director Support Officer – Medical, you will ensure the smooth running of the department by:
- Acting as the primary contact for communication flow, managing correspondence, and preparing official documents.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for Directors and medical staff.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems to support departmental efficiency.
- Working independently to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, collaborating closely with the wider Medical Services administrative team.
