Your new role:

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care while working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

• Provide high-quality nursing care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Work across Logan Hospital and associated facilities including Eight Mile Plains Satellite Health Centre and Meadowbrook Health Centre.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership, supporting and mentoring junior staff and students.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality frameworks, and evidence-based practice.

About you:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable nurse who is committed to patient-centred care and professional growth.

• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in emergency nursing, with a commitment to ongoing development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide effective clinical leadership when required.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.

Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
