Your new role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance professional to lead accreditation and compliance systems across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS).
In this role, you will:
• Manage and support quality and compliance functions within the LBHS Clinical Governance Unit.
• Drive accreditation readiness against the Australian National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other mandated frameworks.
• Develop and oversee systems and processes to capture, analyse, and report on quality improvement activities.
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Team to deliver consumer-focused, evidence-based services.

You are a strategic and detail-oriented leader who thrives on improving systems and outcomes in healthcare quality and compliance. With strong knowledge of accreditation standards and governance frameworks, you can translate complex requirements into practical, sustainable processes.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
• Expertise in accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance within a healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective systems for data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and consumer-focused care.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
